6:36 p.m. -Officers responded to the 500 block of Wakefield Drive in reference to a disturbance caused by an emotionally distraught person. The person was calmed down and the caretaker was advised to follow up with a caseworker concerning the situation.
12:52 p.m. – Officer assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol by waiting at an injury crash until the arrival of Johnston Fire Department.

10:12 a.m. – A man possibly overdosed on Reo Boulevard near North Park Avenue. Police were flagged down by a resident after the man was found passed out at the wheel of vehicle and was not responding.

June 28, 4:48 p.m. – Harassment was reported at 4973 Palmyra Road after a man came to the police department reporting his wife was being harassed by a neighbor. The woman said she was working in the yard and was yelled at by a man who fired a gun in the air twice and went through other people’s mail.
2:32 a.m. – Two people reported a woman took house keys away from another woman at 3301 Mae Dr. SW. The woman told police she kicked her daughter and other person out.
June 27, 10:43 p.m. – A suspicious man was on the porch knocking on the door and saying he needed medicine at 6355 Tod Ave. The man said he was concerned he was having a seizure because of bad headaches.
6:08 p.m. – An assault was reported at 8732 Highland Ave. after two men were fighting. An 18-year-old was causing problems and being disrespectful, the report states.
June 25, 11:56 p.m. – A missing female juvenile was reported at 2376 Carson Salt Springs Road. Owner of Speed Check received a call from a woman who couldn’t find her great-granddaughter. The female juvenile was later found on Salt Springs Road.
9:56 p.m. – Christopher Carroll, 36, Hamilton Street SW, was arrested on a charge of OVI on Newton Falls Bailey Road near Palmyra Road.
12:44 p.m. – A foul odor was reported at 4251 Palmyra Road. Police came to look at house but couldn’t find what was causing the odor, which was believed to be a dead animal.
June 24, 10:55 p.m. – A wallet containing $35 was reported missing from a vehicle at 1966 Lyntz Road.
7:09 p.m. – A possible brush fire was reported on Hallock Young Road and Robinwood Drive after juveniles were trying to start a fire on the property.
June 22, 8:54 p.m. – A drug overdose was reported at 2376 Carson Salt Springs Road after a man was found unresponsive in the driveway.
3:14 p.m. – A burglary was reported at 828 Hallock Young Road. A television, two game stations, video games, a tattoo gun and $900 in cash were taken.
June 20, 2:27 p.m. – A possible scam was reported at 6100 Tod Ave. after a Dollar General employee reported a man called claiming to be from corporate IT. The victim tried to verify the call.
June 19, 12;28 p.m. – Police assisted a woman attempting to gain entry into her father’s house at 1295 Carson Salt Springs Road. The man was seen lying on the floor inside.
1:33 a.m. – A vehicle crashed in a field at 2860 Carson Salt Springs Road. Drugs were found in vehicle.
