April 17 arrests — Lisa M. Gilliam, 50, was arrested in the 200 block of Bonnie Brae Avenue NE on a charge of domestic violence; Christina C. Finley, 30, was arrested at Summit Street and Adams Avenue NW on a charge of possession of drugs.
