WARREN — Carol A. Smith, 82, formerly of Liberty, died Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital. She was born Jan. 19, 1944, in Youngstown, a daughter of Michael and Claudine Robinson Smith. She was a member of Churchill United Methodist Church. Survivors include her sister, Nancy R. Smith. Carol was preceded in death by one sister and five brothers. Calling hours will be 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, with funeral services at 11 a.m., at Church Hill United Methodist Church.
