WARREN — Kathy Ann Bowden, 72, died Saturday, July 12, 2025, at home. She was born April 30, 1953, in Warren, a daughter of Edward W. and Helen Louise Houck Ziegler. Survivors include her children, Chris Dickinson of Mineral Ridge and Shanna Stabi of Knoxville, Maryland; three stepchildren, Stephanie Irrcher, Kevin Bowden and James J.
