Gloria Van Dyke 1929-2026

She was born June 27, 1929, a daughter of the late Ellery and Phyllis Beck Mohney.

June retired as an activities director. She was an avid card player who loved jigsaw puzzles. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting, as well as watching hummingbirds. She was known for her sweet tooth, and she really enjoyed her chocolate.

Gloria is survived by her children, Leslee Reigelman and Larry (Linda) Van Dyke; granddaughter, Jana (Bryan) Collins; great-grandchildren, Aaron (Madelyn) Hoffman and Ember Raeuchle; great-great-grandchild, Scottie Hoffman; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, June was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Van Dyke; brother, Ellery R. Mohney; and one grandchild, Alan Collins.

Per Gloria’s wishes, there will be no funeral services, and cremation has taken place. She will be laid to rest with her husband in Greenhaven Memorial Gardens, Austintown.
