Janet K. Modro 1945-2026

She was born Aug. 30, 1945, in Warren, a daughter of Fred Allen and Gladys Rupert Allen.

Janet graduated from Southington Chalker High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of Southington Christian Church.

Surviving are her daughter, Andrea (Timothy) Chrysler of Waco, Texas; three stepsons, Tom Modro of Ohio, Scott Modro of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Michael Modro of Monaca, Pa.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Modro; and sister, Sandra Hoffman.

Private family services will be held in the Southington Graham Cemetery.

Carl W. Hall Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
