WARREN — Naomi L. “Dolly” Smeltzer, 90, entered into eternal rest Sunday, Dec. 14, 2025, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.

She was born Oct. 16, 1935, in Thornton, W.Va., the daughter of Henry Sankey Sharps and Nora May Larew Sharps.

Dolly graduated from high school in Newburg, W.Va. and was an exquisite homemaker, providing a caring and comfortable shelter for her cherished family. Preceding her in death were her parents; her beloved husband of 56 years, Jack Lee Smeltzer, whom she married May 5, 1956, and who passed July 13, 2012; her son, Kenneth Smeltzer; one great-grandchild; three sons-in-law; five sisters; and nine brothers.

Calling hours will be 4 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025, at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, where services will begin at 5 p.m. Thursday. All who knew and loved Dolly are welcome to attend and celebrate her incredible life.
