He was born Oct. 12, 1950, in Warren, a son of Robert W. and Betty V. McFadden Painter.
He was employed at Palumbo Janitorial Service.
Survivors include his brother, Robert Painter Jr. of Salem, and sister, Brenda Painter of Niles.
