Melita J. Ballard 1990-2025

She was born June 3, 1990, in Williamsville, New York, a daughter of Samuel L. and Bertilla Mae Kelson Carr.

She was a Licensed Practical Nurse at Intelycare and St. Joseph Warren Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, Ishmael Ballard; sons, Michael Allen Carr and Samuel Elijah Ballard; daughters, Carmella Evangeline Carr and Naomi Elizabeth Ballard; and her parents, Bishop S. Solomon Carr and Bertilla M. Kelson Carr, all of Warren; brothers, Joel Israel Carr of Coshocton, Samuel Nathaniel Carr of Phoenix, Arizona, and Jesse James Daniel Carr of Niles; and sister, Prudence Israel Glover of Tuscaloosa, Alabama

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Supreme Council of the House of Jacob.

Burial will be Monday in Machpelahs Cemetery, Coshocton.
