Jill L. Wyrick 1959-2022
VERNON — Jill L. Wyrick, 62, of Vernon Township, passed away at her home, with her family by her side, on Saturday, July 9, 2022, after a battle with leukemia.
She was born July 10, 1959, in Sharon, Pa., a daughter of the late Eugene H. and Betty J. Johnson Alderman.
Jill was a 1977 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and attended Kent State University, studying architecture for four years. She was a veteran of the Army, having served from 1978 until 1982.
Jill attended St. Patrick Catholic Church in Kinsman. She was a volunteer for the Relay For Life in Warren. She liked to do construction work and she enjoyed crocheting, needlepoint and old cars. She also loved camping with her grandsons.
Jill will be deeply missed by her daughters, Emily M. Wyrick of Masury and Margaret C. (Lance) Graban of Vernon; her grandsons, Hunter and Leland Graban; her sister, Christy (Michael) Graham of Cortland; her brothers, Gary Alderman of Warren and Duane (Charlene) Alderman and William (Stephanie) Alderman of Leavittsburg; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her niece, Lindsey Alderman, and her aunt, Cay Wolfinger.
Per Jill’s request, a private family service was held followed by cremation.
Arrangements were handled by Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, Kinsman.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Trumbull County Dog Warden, 7501 Anderson Ave., Warren, OH 44484; or to TNR, 2428 Elm Road NE, Warren, Ohio 44483.
