Video shows defendant plunging over courthouse railing
YOUNGSTOWN - Mahoning County Courthouse video shows murder defendant Robert Seman Jr. plunge over the fourth-floor railing toward the marble rotunda this morning. Seman, who was facing murder and rape charges, died in the fall. The video was released by Mahoning County Sheriff Jerry Green several hours after this morning's incident. Seman had been set to go on trial in Portage County beginning Tuesday. The trial had been moved following arguments from his defense counsel that pre-trial publicity would have kept him from receiving a fair trial in Mahoning County.
