March 22, 11:51 p.m. – A juvenile reported as a runaway was picked up from 1134 Bingham NW and driven home.

4:47 p.m. – A woman reported her car was scratched up while parked in the Target parking lot.

2:48 p.m. – A waterline break was reported at Niles Carver Road, near the railroad tracks.

1:16 p.m. – Theft was reported at 25 N. Clover Ave.

8:35 a.m. – Police took a 15-year-old boy to the Juvenile Justice Center following a fight at Niles McKinley High School.

March 21, 8:06 p.m. – Officers responded to 442 Ford St. following reports of a woman and four children hiding in a bathroom to avoid an intoxicated family member.

6:52 p.m. – A hit-and-run that caused property damage was reported at 507 Fenton St.

5:55 p.m. – Shoplifting was reported at the Eastwood Mall Complex.

3:17 p.m. – Following a report of a suspicious man in the area of Vienna Road and Youngstown Warren Road, a man was taken to the St. Elizabeth Health Center.

3:31 p.m. – Officers were called to the 2000 block of Deer Trail after reports two juveniles were soliciting without authorization.

12:59 p.m. – A woman reported a man sitting in front of her 232 Fulton Ave. home wouldn’t leave.

12:57 p.m. – Macy’s department store reported shoplifting was caught on video.

9:39 a.m. – A car and a wheelchair van collided at Frederick Avenue and Youngstown Warren Road.

7:12 a.m. – A man who recently underwent heart surgery was found deceased at 805 Trumbull Drive.

2:14 a.m. – A man was arrested at 1339 Niles Cortland Road following a report he choked his girlfriend.

March 20, 10:57 p.m. – A 528 West St. man reported his wife and 6-year-old stepdaughter never returned from church.

10:24 p.m. – A 423 Walnut St. man reported he was assaulted March 19 at 227 S. Cedar Ave.

1:46 p.m. – A gun was reported stolen from 618 Henry St.

12:14 p.m. – Criminal damaging was reported at 29 Maple Ave.

10:25 a.m. – A theft from a vehicle parked in the Eastwood Mall Complex was reported.

12:51 a.m. – Jason Strutt was arrested on a warrant by Liberty police, and Niles officers said when they picked him up, he began headbutting the divider in the cruiser.

March 19, 10:26 p.m. – A Fenton Street man was taken to St. Joseph Warren Hospital after differing reports of a fight or robbery on Cedar Street.

8:45 p.m. – On Woodland Chase Boulevard, residents reported juveniles were ringing doorbells and then running away.

5:05 p.m. – Shoplifting was reported at Macy’s.

4:09 p.m. – A 125 N. Arlington Ave. resident reported a garage door was damaged by neighborhood kids.

March 18, 10:11 p.m. – Following a possible drug overdose, Daniel Hapsic was transported from 412 Fenton St. to St. Joseph Warren Hospital and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

7:29 p.m. – Someone called police to report a car with two children younger than 5 who were alone was double-parked at Burlington Coat Factory.

6:36 p.m. – A possible drug overdose at 618 Henry St. was reported; two were taken to St. Joseph Warren Hospital.

10:35 a.m. – Officers responded to Valsi Cleaners, 254 N. Main St., after a caller reported someone used their vehicle to push his car down the road.

12:35 a.m. – At 169 Woodglen Ave., a man dumped kerosene in the house and threatened to burn it down.

March 17, 11:56 p.m. – A person was transported to Trumbull Memorial Hospital following a possible drug overdose at 31 Fulton Ave.

5:23 p.m. – A tree fell on two vehicles at 425 Seneca St.

3:05 p.m. – A 15-year-old boy was taken to the hospital from 630 N. Main St. after a report about an unruly juvenile.

1:12 p.m. – James Foster was arrested on a warrant in the area of Emmet Street SE and North Main Street.

10:17 a.m. – A mother called to report a boy in second grade at Lincoln Elementary School left a voice mail asking her young daughter if the two could have sex.

7:17 a.m. – Items were stolen from a car parked at 1231 North Road.

2:09 a.m. – A window was smashed at Little Damascus, 1112 Niles Cortland Road.

March 16, 10:54 p.m. – In a 20-minute time period, three people called to report a man was trying to get into cars parked in the area of 1225 North Road SE.

March 15, 10:02 p.m. – Officers responded to reports a man playing loud music and shouting while circling North Arlington Avenue and Williams Street in a vehicle.

8:01 p.m. – A 316 Lincoln Ave. woman reported someone threatened to kill her.

6:45 p.m. – A tractor-trailer hit a fire hydrant and damaged lawns in the 200 block of Holford Avenue.

12:47 p.m. – Officers took a dog bite report on station.

11:13 a.m. – A family member reported on station that a 25-year-old woman and her three children younger than 3 haven’t been seen since March 11.

March 13, 11:47 p.m. – A Williams Street woman reported she was assaulted an hour earlier at 329 Wood St.

10:28 p.m. – Police responded to 158 Wade Ave., where boys were hitting vehicles with paintballs and pepper-spraying each other in an exchange of pranks.

10:08 p.m. – Items were stolen from an unlocked locker at Air Extreme.

7:07 p.m. – A dispute over the ownership of a cat was reported at 412 Scott Ave.

3:52 p.m. – A wallet was reported stolen from a car while it was parked at Fuel Plus.

2:58 p.m. – Police were called to 703 Mason St. on a report a juvenile girl assaulted her mother. The girl was taken to the Juvenile Justice Center after she was evaluated at Trumbull Memorial Hospital and charged with domestic violence, assault on a peace officer, aggravated menacing and resisting arrest.

11:53 a.m. – Shoplifting at Gabe’s was reported.

March 12, 5:24 p.m. – A woman reported her vehicle’s windshield was damaged by a BB gun while it was parked outside of Midas, 5999 Youngstown Warren Road.

March 11, 11:17 p.m. – A large rock was thrown through a window at 24 N. Butler Ave.

7:38 a.m. – A gold Buick with the keys left inside was stolen from 1777 Carnegie Ave.

12:58 a.m. – Douglas P. Bisser, 41, U.S. Route 6, Rome, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at the Bloomfield Inn on state Route 87.

10:16 p.m. – Stephen J. Liebal, 36, 2047 Montclair St. NE, Warren, was arrested at traffic stop on North Park Avenue in Warren on driving under the influence charge and given citation for disobeying turn signal law.

8:36 p.m. – Shawn M. Duley, 18, 925 N. Main St., Niles, was arrested during traffic stop on Mason Street in Niles on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

2:06 p.m. – Ashley M. Boyce, 24, 33 Wayne St., Niles, was arrested on charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia. Deputies had come to Boyce’s home to serve other warrants.

6:03 a.m. – Suspicious activity was reported in the 7300 block of Girdle Road, West Farmington.

March 15, 10 p.m. – Theft was reported in the 4800 block of McConnell East Road, Southington.

7:40 p.m. – Kelly Cashwell, 38, 3529 Dunston NW., Warren, was arrested in a traffic stop on East Market Street, Warren, on a charge of driving under the influence.

5:56 p.m. – Demetria N. Streeter, 34, 1343 Belle St. SE, Warren, and Steven K. Williams, 29, 4513 N. Leavitt Road, Warren, each charged with tampering with evidence and possession of drugs. Williams also was charged during a traffic stop off Penn Avenue in Warren Township, with a count of resisting arrest.

5:03 p.m. – Identity fraud was reported in the 4700 block of Bradley Brownlee Road, Johnston.

3:09 p.m. – An animal complaint was reported in the 8100 block of Hayes Orangeville Road, Burghill.

2:56 p.m. – An accident was reported in the 8300 block of state Route 45, Bloomfield.

10:31 a.m. – Menacing was reported in the 2300 block of state Route 534, Southington.

March 22, 2:59 p.m. – Timothy Morris, 35, of Sharon, was arrested on Addison Road near Broadway Avenue on charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and was cited for operating a motor vehicle without control. Kurtis Bechtel, 24, of Heritage, Pa., also was picked up on a warrant out of Hubbard Township for failure to appear on a charge of drug abuse instruments. Bechtel also was charged with possession of heroin.

March 21, 8:45 p.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 500 block of Brookfield Avenue.

8:28 p.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 7200 block of Warren Sharon Road.

2:28 p.m. – A disturbance was reported in the 7100 block of Warren Sharon Road. George A. Kirila Jr., 50, 7273 Joy Drive, was charged with criminal trespass.

10:48 a.m. – Dominic Sarno was arrested on a warrant after officers were contacted by an Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles office in Mahoning County.

March 9, 5:36 p.m. – A man reported his ex-wife wouldn’t allow him to see his children at 118 W. Howard St.

1:44 p.m. – A woman on station reported her ex-boyfriend is harassing her.

12:33 p.m. – A resident at 276 E. Second St. reported $5,900 is missing from an account.

12:01 a.m. – Police responded to 228 1/2 E. Howard St. for a fight between roommates.

March 6, 11 p.m. – A resident at 39 E. Howard St. reported a car window was broken after a rock was thrown through it.

1:39 a.m. – Rosemary Cordova was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after an incident involving screaming and a possible assault at the Alumni Inn, 346 S. Market St.

March 5, 9:45 a.m. – A man at 132 W. Second St. reported the theft of a $1,500 television from his home.

March 4, 11:08 p.m. – Keith Colvin was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, driving under the influence, menacing, open container and impeding traffic after reports of a man slumped over the wheel of a vehicle at the intersection of Morris Avenue and South State Street.

10:42 p.m. – Officers responded to 142 E. Second St. for a reported fight after a traffic accident.

2:59 p.m. – A landlord at 276 E. Second St. reported receiving an $1,100 check written on a closed account.

March 3, 1:55 a.m. – Nickolas Ralston was arrested on a charge of criminal damaging after a woman at 529 E. Prospect St. reported he smashed a window.

March 2, 5:35 p.m. – Officers picked up Ebony Denson after she was arrested by Boardman police on a Girard traffic warrant.

March 1, 4:45 p.m. – Noah Thornton was arrested on a charge of walking on the highway while under the influence, and Karissa Kulscar was arrested on charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and walking on the highway while under the influence.

Feb. 29, 6 p.m. – A resident at 1125 N. Highland Ave. reported a wallet and important personal documents were missing.
