A year ago, average prices in the region were $3.143 per gallon. The average price of unleaded self-serve gasoline Monday in Niles was $3.882 per gallon and $3.90 in Youngstown. Man indicted in trooper’s death pleads not guilty

YOUNGSTOWN — Ryan Rach, 36, who was indicted last week on a charge of aggravated vehicular homicide in the Oct. 16 crash that killed Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Nicholas Cayton, was arraigned on the charges Monday morning in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
