Adams named Jacen Dinoff as receiver in response to Spectrum Commercial Finance’s emergency motion filed July 15. Staff report Gas prices are a penny higher in Northeast Ohio this week at $3.916 per gallon, according to Monday’s AAA East Central’s Gas Price Report. The national average for a gallon of regular gasoline has gone up 13 cents over the past week and is now at $4 per gallon. NEWTON FALLS — Village council has approved placing a 12-month moratorium on new behavioral health, recovery housing, treatment and residential care land uses to allow for more review of zoning codes by the planning and zoning commission. SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A federal judge has approved a $1.5 billion copyright settlement in which artificial intelligence company Anthropic will pay thousands of authors about $3,000 per book after using pirated copies of their works to train its Claude chatbot.
