Warren residents awoken by shots fired through home WARREN — No suspects were identified as Warren residents reported being woken up by gunshots. According to a report, Warren police were called to a Maple Street SW residence and found four areas of the home struck with gunfire, including two bullets in the home’s east side that ripped through the living room area, and another that struck the front of the house and went through an upper bedroom. Liberty death probe continues

LIBERTY — A death under investigation by the Trumbull County Coroner’s Office and the police department continues to be under investigation, but more details were released Friday. According to a news release, officers responded to Churchill Park around 12:45 p.m. Thursday after reports of an unresponsive man, and upon arrival, found a dead man with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
