D’Andre Douglas of Warren was indicted by a Trumbull County grand jury Thursday on two counts of first-degree attempted murder, two-second degree felony counts of felonious assault with three-year firearm specifications and fourth-degree felony charges of carrying concealed weapons and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
