VIENNA — A proposed $3.2 million maintenance plan to bring the county’s seven water tanks up to code cannot be proposed to the Trumbull County Commissioners until a quorum is present. The 12-person Water Advisory Panel hosted a recent meeting at the Trumbull County Sanitary Engineer’s Office. Man charged in Warren murder indicted on new charge

WARREN — A city man already at the Trumbull County jail on a charge of aggravated murder for a March 31 homicide in Warren was indicted Wednesday on a charge of possession of a deadly weapon while under detention, according to a Trumbull County grand jury report. Serroyan J. Couto, 19, is accused of having a weapon inside the jail on May 19. No further details on the case were provided.
