WARREN — The victim in a head-on collision earlier this week by the former Insight Hospital at Trumbull on East Market Street has been identified as Jessica Mason-Greathouse, 32, of Niles.

She was one of five people, including an infant, who was injured in the crash around 10:30 a.m. Monday. A police report states one vehicle was heading west and drove over the center line on East Market Street and collided head-on with another vehicle. Greathouse was a passenger in one of the vehicles.
