Trumbull County grand jury indicts 31
A Trumbull County grand jury last week returned 31 indictments, including one secret indictment, and will have arraignments scheduled with the case-assigned judge during their weekly criminal day within the next two weeks.
Those indicted are:
• Eric G. Pyatt, 36, East Webb Road, Austintown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer.
• Mario L. Turner, 36, South Feederle Drive SE, Warren, possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
• Christopher J. Edwards, 24, West Marshall Road, McDonald, domestic violence.
• Priscilla M. Miller, 45, Olive Street, Niles, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl-related compound.
• Jesse L. Canter, 68, Harbor Street, Conneaut, two counts OVI with specification for forfeiture.
• Joseph P. Campbell, 32, Mahan Denman Road, North Bloomfield, superseding indictment, two counts assault, aggravated possession of drugs.
• Luther Simmons, 58, George Place SW, Warren, trespass in a habitation when a person is/likely to be present.
• Eric Lewis II, 18, Clarencedale Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle with forfeiture specification.
• Jaques Johnson, 21, Milton Street SE, Warren, possession of cocaine and trafficking in cocaine with a forfeiture specification.
• Anthony Sims Jr., 41, Bane Street SW, Warren, trespass in a habitation when person is likely to be present and criminal damaging.
• Ramona Y. Hudson, 56, Silver Meadows Boulevard, Kent, possession of cocaine and misdemeanor criminal trespass.
• Heather R. Francis, 33, Youngstown Warren Road, Warren, theft and tampering with records.
• Dana Hunter, 36, Fifth Street SW, Warren, strangulation and domestic violence.
• Roy S. Skaggs, 37, Northfield Avenue NW, Warren, three counts each violating protection order and misdemeanor criminal damaging/endangering.
• Parris Brown, 42, Glendale Avenue, Boardman, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs, both with a forfeiture specification.
• Austin G. Moser, 29, Addyson, theft.
• Lacey Risdon, 34, Mingo Junction, harassment with a bodily substance.
• Mark M. Morris, 41, Sharon, Pa., seven counts, endangering children.
• Brandon L. Allen, 36, Parkman Road NW, Warren, receiving stolen property and fraudulent actions concerning VIN.
• David Parke, 33, Calla Avenue NW, Warren, three counts extortion, misdemeanor aggravated menacing, two counts intimidation and retaliation.
• Nikki Boyce, 35, Hyde Avenue, Niles, possession of cocaine and misdemeanor illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jerimy Eaton, 50, Mariwood Drive SE, Warren, passing bad checks.
• Gary C. Phillips, 45, Forsythe Avenue, Girard, aggravated possession of drugs and misdemeanor illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Joanna Harvey, 18, Laird Avenue NE, Warren, eight counts endangering children and four counts felonious assault.
• Richard Plant Jr., 24, Laird Avenue NE, Warren, eight counts endangering children and four counts felonious assault.
• Keith B. Foley, 50, Union Street SW, Warren, failure to register and failure to provide notice of change of address.
• Paul Banovich Jr., 66, Warren Sharon Road, Brookfield, two counts importuning and two misdemeanor counts of grooming.
• Joseph Snyder, 25, Mercer, Pa., three counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, and eight counts pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor.
• Kyle M. Lutz, 46, Park Avenue, Farrell, Pa., burglary, tampering with evidence and having weapons while under disability.
The following misdemeanor case was remanded to a lower court:
• Steven Watson, 44, Akron, domestic violence and aggravated menacing.
