PRESENT: Michael Haddle, Kim Ellis and Phil Pegg

Trustees:

• Appointed Phil Pegg and Kim Ellis to the tax incentive review council.

• Appointed Doug Goulin to the township’s zoning board of appeals.

• Appointed Robert Steiner to the township’s zoning commission.

• Approved sending Haddle and Ellis and Road Superintendent Ron Fraser to the Ohio Township Association’s winter meeting.

• Approved paying Ascendance Truck $865 for a vehicle’s side by side repair.

• Approved paying Lexicon for policy manual and training bulletins for the police department, costing $4,060.

• Approved paying the Trumbull County Soil and Water Conservation District $1,670.

• Approved Andrew Whitfield as part-time summer help.

• Approved paying Mahoning Valley Crisis Response Team $2,000.
