Cortland gets new library manager

CORTLAND — The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library has promoted Joshua Nauman as manager of the Cortland Library, 578 Lakeview Drive.
Nauman has been employed by the library system for the past six years as an adult services librarian and a customer service assistant. Nauman replaces former branch manager Karen Murphy, who retired at the end of January.
In his new position, Nauman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Cortland Library, including circulation activities, supervisory duties, programs and collection maintenance.
“I am excited to take on this new role and serve the community of Cortland by continuing to offer great service, resources and programs for the community,” Nauman said.
Nauman earned his Master of Library and Information Science degree from Kent State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional and Technical Writing from Youngstown State University.
He is certified as an Ohio Public Librarian by the Ohio Library Council.
