Warren crews battle weekend fire
WARREN — The Warren Fire Department was called out Saturday morning to a fully engulfed structure in the 1200 block of Taylor Street NW.
A report states the department received the call before 1:30 a.m. Saturday. According to the Warren Firefighters Local 204 social media site, when crews arrived at the scene the two-story home was fully engulfed in flames. Crews immediately began defensive operations and the fire was under control within 30 minutes.
No injuries were reported but the home was heavily damaged. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Ohio State Fire Marshal.
