WARREN — A Girard man indicted June 26 on multiple counts of rape and other sex charges was indicted on more charges Friday by a Trumbull County grand jury.
Shane Genetta, 40, of Elruth Court, is facing new charges of three counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance and six counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person. The charges were filed by the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office, court records show.
He previously was indicted on eight counts of first-degree rape, and one count each of gross sexual imposition and illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance stemming from alleged incidents between 2017 and February 2025.
