WHAT: Board of Education meeting Monday

PRESENT: Anna Martin, William Cummings, Josh Barr, Donald Newell and Amanda O’Neill

The board:

• Accepted a $218 donation from the Delta Kappa Gamma Chapter of Hubbard to Eagle Essentials.

• Added a 2026 Thomas C2 school bus worth $124,683 to the district’s inventory.

• Approved a contract between the Hubbard EVSD and the Ohio Auditor of State-Local Government Services Section.

• Approved requested FMLA leave for teacher Renae Jenkins.

• Approved a Commitment and Limited License Agreement between Junior Achievement of Eastern Ohio and the district for the 2025-26 school year.

• Approved a contract between the district and Education Plus, LLC, effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030, to assist with the Federal E-Rate Program.
