WARREN — A Trumbull County grand jury handed up 20 indictments Wednesday, with nine of them involving drug offenses.

Included in the list of true bills are three sealed indictments, the report shows.

Arraignments are scheduled with the case-assigned common pleas judge during their weekly criminal day within the next two weeks. The felony cases are:

• Brian Vanderhorst, 34, 10203 Empire Ave., Cleveland, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine;

• Jonah R. Cole, 49, 700 Buckeye NW, Apt. 320, Warren, assault;

• Raymond E. Bittinger Jr., 39, in care of Trumbull County jail, having weapons while under disability and carrying concealed weapons, both with forfeiture specifications;

• Donald L. Hall, 35, 1220 Roberts Ave., Apt. E7, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Linsey M. Bosley, 37, 467 York Ave. NW, Warren, possession of cocaine;

• Joseph B. Miller, 45, 1690 West Ave. NW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Taj Ashley Albert, 39, Slippery Rock, Pa., possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl-related compound and operating a motor vehicle under the influence;

• Eric T. Olejnik, 30, 1539 Johnson Plank Road, Cortland, possession of fentanyl-related compound;

• Elijah E. Cofield, 26, 2324 Parkwood Drive NW, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound, possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs;

• James W. Johnson, 33, in care of Trumbull County jail, having weapons while under disability and two counts receiving stolen property;

• Josephine M. Steele, 52, in care of Trumbull County jail, aggravated vehicular assault, two counts and two counts OVI;

• Jessica A. Rabich, 49, in care of Trumbull County jail, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Aniya M. Bunch, 20, 7 Arms Blvd., Apt. 9, Niles, burglary and two counts grand theft motor vehicle;

• Bruce A. Oliver, 54, 5202 N. Park Ave., Bristolville, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and OVI;

• Ademilson J. Smith, 40, in care of Trumbull County jail, aggravated possession of drugs.

The following misdemeanor cases were remanded to a lower court:

• Dawn R. Priest, 38, 425 Manchester Ave., Youngstown, attempted theft from a person in a protected class;

• Carla Barton, 50, in care of Trumbull County jail, resisting arrest.

The following charges were no-billed or no indictments were handed up by the grand jury:

• Michael A. Peterson Jr., 33, 531 Lerner Ave. SW, Warren, having weapons while under disability;

• Crisann M. Toth, 65, 478 Homewood Ave. SE, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Tashaylah M. Berger, 24, 923 S. Green Road, South Euclid, receiving stolen property;

• Vanderhorst, tampering with evidence;

• Priest, theft;

• Johnson, having weapons while under disability;

• Steele, maintaining an assured clear distance;

• Barton, assault on a peace officer and disorderly conduct.
