Middlefield resident pleads to rape
WARREN — A Middlefield resident was sentenced to at least three years in prison on a rape charge. Terry Hutsenpiller, 23, 33 Thomas St., pleaded to one count of rape and was sentenced by Trumbull County Common Pleas Judge W. Wyatt McKay to three to four-and-a-half years in prison.
He has been in jail since February 2022. He will be given credit for time served.
With this conviction, Hutsenpiller will be labeled as a tier 3 sex offender. Once he is released from prison, he will have to report to the sheriff’s department where he works and lives for the rest of his life.
