Grand jury indicts 6 secretly
WARREN — Six sealed indictments were part of the 45 cases handed up Wednesday by a Trumbull County grand jury.
The sealed indictments will be opened when the persons named in the offenses are arrested.
Arraignments in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court will be scheduled on the following felony cases:
• Troy Carson, 26, 3060 Tod Ave. NW, Warren, escape;
• Adam L Robinson, 36, 105 Fulton St., Niles, escape;
• Brad L. Miller, 29, 2332 Stollacker, Jefferson, superceding charges of having weapons under restrictions, carrying concealed weapons, receiving stolen property two counts aggravated possession of drugs and three counts possession of drugs;
• Jesse R. Fletcher, 23, 701 N. Park Ave., Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;
• Philip D. Honzu, 40, 1305 Brighton Ave. NE, Warren, failure to stop after an accident and tampering with evidence;
• Mitchell S. Crisafulli, 31, 414 Newton Drive, Unit A, Newton Falls, corrupting another with drugs and trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound;
• Marcus A. Washington, 28, 10 Trumbull Court, Apt. 6, Youngstown, two counts illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material or performance and attempted interference with custody;
• Christina B. Oller, 39, 207 Royal Mall Drive, Niles, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and carrying concealed weapons;
• Dennis L. Wilson Jr., 37, 428 Cohasset Drive, Youngstown, carrying concealed weapons and improperly handling firearm in a motor vehicle;
• Steven C. Walendzik, 37, 9505 S. Highland Ave., Garfield Heights, possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs;
• Leslie J. Tate Jr., 35, 107 N. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown, possession of cocaine, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, aggravated possession of drugs, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, petty theft, possessing criminal tools, vandalism and breaking and entering;
• Amos Mushatt Jr., 32, in care of Trumbull County jail, receiving stolen property;
• Archie R. James, 33, 815 Frost Road, Unit 2204, Streetsboro, felonious assault;
• Derrick Moore, 27, 124 Tremble Ave., Campbell, two counts assault, misdemeanor assault, three counts aggravated menacing, vandalism, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer and criminal damaging or endangering;
• Stephanie A. Lawyer, 36, in care of Trumbull County jail, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, theft and grand theft;
• Franklin T. Plotts, 49, 2611 Wimber, Apt. 2, Warren, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and possession of a fentanyl-related compound;
• Raymond H. Rihel, 58, 952 Niles Vienna Road, Niles, possession of cocaine;
• Dustin L. Moyer, 35, in care of Trumbull County jail, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present;
• Adrian Paneto, 29, in care of Trumbull County jail, carrying concealed weapons with forfeiture, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle with forfeiture and having weapons under restriction with forfeiture;
• Andrew L. Bennett, 36, 1208 Fifth St. SW, Apt. 4, Warren, having weapons under restriction and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;
• Davis M. Haak, 21, 133 Folsom St. NW, Champion, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer;
• Gregg W. White, 55, 1343 Meadowbrook Ave., Warren, possession of cocaine;
• Ronald R. Butler, 26, 2791 Heather Lane, Warren, possession of a fentanyl-related compound with forfeiture, aggravated possession of drugs with forfeiture and possession of drugs;
• Demonte D. Atkins, 19, in care of Trumbull County jail, carrying concealed weapons;
• Robert Travis III, 24, in care of Trumbull County jail, having weapons under restriction and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;
• Montez Williams, 32, 10801 Drexel Ave., Cleveland, two counts possession of cocaine, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possession of heroin;
• Isiah J. Krzyston, 22, in care of Trumbull County jail, three counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles;
• Don’Jeane S. Love, 23, 418 Commerce Ave. NW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs and possessing drug abuse instruments;
• Shyann Hall, 23, 2015 N. Feederle Drive SE, Warren, possession of drugs;
• Sterling A. Fant, 35, 3724 Hillman St., Youngstown, two counts aggravated possession of drugs;
• Jeffrey R. Burke, 27, 3746 Joyce Ann Drive, Youngstown, misuse of credit cards and theft;
• Dylan A. Bever, 29, 3893 E. River Road, Newton Falls, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer;
• Ivan J. Mach, 23, in care of Trumbull County jail, two counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles;
• Anthony M. Cales, 29, in care of Trumbull County jail, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, theft and grand theft;
• Penny J. Koballa, 43, in care of Trumbull County jail, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, theft and grand theft.
The following misdemeanor cases were remanded to a lower court:
• Dorian S. Williamson Jr., 25, 3141 Starlite Drive NW, Warren, assault;
• Aaron J. Ciferno, 36, 402 Central Parkway Ave. SE, Warren, assault;
• Kara Faison, 19, 800 Glenwood St. NE, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer.
The following cases were no billed or no indictments were handed up:
