43 people indicted by grand jury

WARREN — A Trumbull County grand jury on Monday indicted 43 people, including two people who were secretly indicted.

Indicted on felony charges and scheduled to be arraigned 1:30 p.m. Sept. 4 before Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge Peter J. Kontos are:

• Michael R. Wells, 37, Northwest Boulevard, Warren, escape;

• Chantelle M. Croff, 38, Pepperwood Drive, Niles, escape;

• Ridge D. Bryant, 23, Commerce NW, Warren, having weapons under disability, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Julie A. Davis, 32, 5th Street, Warren, theft from a person in a protected class;

• Paul Kurilla, 57, Mechanicsville Road, Rome, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon;

• Duane D. Holland, 50, Mahoning Avenue, Warren, possession of cocaine;

• Jenny E. Dove, 39, Hazel Street, Warren, burglary;

• Wade T. Sharp III, 55, Warner Road, Vienna, possession of cocaine;

• John D. Gallo, 28, Lora Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs, OVI;

• Tavonn D. Lee, 18, Forest Street NW, Warren, aggravated burglary, domestic violence, endangering children;

• Logan W. Greer, 22, Difford Drive, Niles, having weapons while under disability;

• Rosemary L. Funk, 24, 3rd Street, Masury, possession of heroin, aggravated possession of drugs, possessing drug abuse instruments;

• Jeremiah U. Jones, 19, BelAir Court, Niles, aggravated robbery with a firearms specification;

• Donald L. Mulholland, 33, Kroeck Avenue, Youngstown, grand theft, having weapons while under disability, receiving stolen property;

• Alyssa A. Latona, 19, Weybridge Street, Clinton Township, Mich., trafficking in marijuana, possession of marijuana;

• Tonya R. Tutoki, 19, Butler Street, Niles, two counts aggravated robbery and burglary;

• Anthony Golden, 22, Brunstetter Road, Warren, failure to notify sheriff of change of address;

• Amadi D. Morris, 38, Central Parkway, Warren, possession of cocaine, with specification of forfeiture, possession of heroin with specification of forfeiture, aggravated possession of drugs with specification of forfeiture;

• Shawn P. Crowley, 33, W. 2nd Street, Niles, tampering with evidence, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Jacqueline R. Adams, 32, Mock Road, Berlin Center, possession of cocaine;

• Mark E. Alexander, 58, Miller Street SW, Warren, burglary;

• Sarah I. Damron, 29, North Street, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Jason A. Makris, 23, Parkman Road, Warren, two counts aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin;

• Roy J. Allen IV, 25, Iddings Avenue, Warren, theft, possession of heroin, two counts aggravated possession of drugs;

Those cases that were remanded to lower courts were:

• Steven A. Guildoo, 44, Bandy Road, North Benton, criminal trespass.

• Joseph D. Rein, 50, Maplewood Street NE, Warren, driving under suspension and failure to control.

The grand jury chose not to indict the following:
