Virus rates jump 20.9 percent in one week

After six straight weeks of declines, Ohio had its second consecutive week of increases in the number of COVID-19 cases per 100,000 residents. Infections at nursing homes rising

A Mahoning County nursing home had three staff cases of COVID-19 and one patient case this week, according to Ohio Department of Health data that appears to have been updated. The four cases are at Greenbrier Center nursing home in Boardman. No facility on the list had more than four cases this week.
