COVID-19 infections drop at Warren nursing home

A Trumbull County nursing home that had about 15 cases of COVID-19 last week, 11 of them among patients, saw a big decrease this week, according to Ohio Department of Health data. Last week’s data showed the Washington Square Healthcare Center nursing home in Warren with 11 patient cases and five staff cases.
