Hospitals celebrate the season of giving

HOSPITALS CELEBRATE SEASON: Mercy Health is celebrating this holiday season with charitable giving events to benefit the Mahoning Valley community. The annual Festival of Trees is taking place at two Mercy Health hospitals, where the public can purchase raffle tickets for a chance to take home a decorated Christmas tree. In addition, each area hospital is collecting gifts in partnership with local organizations to help local families celebrate Christmas. Christmas dance to welcome all skill levels

CHRISTMAS DANCE: The Friendly Squares will host their Christmas dance 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Saturday at the Niles Scope Center, 14 E. State St. Gene Hammond and Neil Harnar will be the callers.
