Winterfest Dance set at Ciminero’s

WINTERFEST DANCE: The 22nd annual Winterfest Dance will be 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. Dec. 5 at Ciminero’s Banquet Centre, 123 N. Main St., Niles. The event will be an evening of music, fun and excitement for special needs students. The dance is open to all high school-aged students with multiple, orthopedic and / or developmental disabilities. Parents are welcome 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. and 8:15 to 8:30 p.m. only.
Santa, Mrs. Claus and their elves will be there. A snow prince and snow princess will be crowned and a drawing will take place for the dance court.

MISSION DINNER: The Warren Family Mission will host its annual Thanksgiving community dinner noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday at 155 Tod Ave. NW in Warren.
This event is free and open to everyone. This year’s menu includes turkey, stuffing, corn, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes with gravy, rolls with butter, dessert, pop or water and coffee. To-go meals will be available at the red trailer from noon to 2 p.m. for those who prefer a pickup option.
