VIENNA — A Vienna teenager went missing again over the weekend, and the search for him will take a different route. According to police Chief Dan Adkins on Monday afternoon, the search for 17-year-old Landyn Zagorski has been turned over to the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Department, which took a runaway juvenile report. Adkins noted that Zagorski has “quite the history” of running away, and law enforcement can’t call for assistance every time he goes missing, adding that he’s run away five times. HOWLAND — Changes have been made to how public education is funded in recent years, and the Howland Board of Education learned how the district will be affected through its five-year plan.
