Swap out your fats
What: Ohio State University Extension is launching a monthly virtual education series designed to help participants adopt the Mediterranean way of eating through simple, practical and delicious lifestyle steps. The Med Instead of Meds program will guide attendees through seven approachable strategies to “Go Med,” emphasizing great taste, everyday life hacks and healthy recipe ideas.

How to start your
plants from seeds
What: Learn the most up-to-date information available to successfully start plants from seeds. Starting plants from seeds can save you money and increase the variety of plants available for your gardens, especially those hard-to-find natives needed for our pollinators. Speakers: Peg Zeleznik, Master Gardener volunteer, and Kristen Eisenhauer, 4-H and agriculture and natural resources educator
