YOUNGSTOWN – Mahoning County Sheriff Jerry Greene said his department is expected by next week to wrap up an investigation into an alleged assault by three men on a female protester at President Donald Trump’s Oct. 12 rally in Youngstown. Warren City Council renews consulting contract

WARREN — City Council approved a resolution at Wednesday night’s regular council meeting renewing its agreement with McCaulley & Co. of Rocky River to help the city with grant writing and government relations services. The contract pays McCaulley & Co. $11,000 per month plus expenses, such as postage, express mail service, copying, printing or other duplication, production or submission forms and documents, plus travel expenses outside of Cuyahoga County, where the company’s offices are located.
