Historical society to get on board for railroad talk

RAILROAD TALK: The Fowler Township Historical Society will host a railroad program presentation noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Fowler Community Center. A talk will take place at 2 p.m. with railroad historian Rick Fleischer, who will discuss his trip to Ashtabula on the railroad.
