Ceremony to honor Revolutionary War vets

BRACEVILLE BENCH DEDICATION: The Braceville Historical Society and the Mary Chesney Chapter of National Society Daughters of the American Revolution will host an American Revolutionary War veteran bench memorial ceremony at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Braceville Cemetery. AMERICA250 CELEBRATION: People are invited to celebrate America’s 250th birthday noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at Imagination Station in Bazetta Township Park. Bring American flags to be retired

HOWLAND EVENT: Howland American Legion Post 700 will conduct a flag retirement ceremony at 10 a.m. Saturday at Living Lord Lutheran Church, 851 Niles Cortland Road NE, Howland.
