NILES — Devon Stanley’s stay in jail looks to be longer, as a judge ordered him to be held without bail. Stanley, a Liberty trustee, Girard Municipal Court prosecutor and the county’s deputy clerk of courts, appeared in Niles Municipal Court for his arraignment Monday morning. He was booked on a charge of felonious assault Friday.
