WHAT: Board of Education meeting Nov. 15
PRESENT: Joseph Cappuzzello, Jody Klase, Jessica Krumpak, Donna Shields and John Saganich
The board:
• Heard from Superintendent Kevin O'Connell the next phase of the stadium project will be the restrooms and concession stand building with officials reviewing blueprints from GPD Architects. Officials previously have said the concession stand / locker room and restroom building was estimated at $500,000. O'Connell said depending on what the board plans to do, bids would be sought for that building and work done in 2024. The stadium is located off Second Street and already has been used for football games and other events. The complex has an all-weather surface track, playing fields, bleachers and concession stand.
