DIVISION III

Northeast 1

Howland 64, Painesville Harvey 52 — Howland (14-9) outscored Harvey (15-8) 21-8 in the third quarter to pull away after leading 26-25 at halftime. Carter Saul led the Tigers with 21 points. Ta-Shawn Fambro added 14 points and Jackson Mickel was also in double figures with 12 points for Howland. For Harvey, Armani Hall led the way with 20 points and Deontae Ware added 11.

Northeast 2

Akron Ellet Community Learning Center 78, East 76 (2OT) — Stats were not reported by print deadline.

Ursuline 79, Maple heights 57 — Jaylen Gunther and Noah Bell had another huge night for Ursuline (18-5), combining for 59 points. Gunther had a game-high 32 and Bell added 27 points. Gunther hit a pair of 3-pointers and Bell knocked down one. Luke Rapczak added 10 points for the Irish. Maple Heights (3-19) was led by Tristan Jones, scoring 25 points. Mike Banks (13) and Lorenzo Roach (10) also scored in double figures.

Northeast 4

Chaney 77, Cleveland JFK 34 — The Chaney defense shut down the Fighting Eagles in the win. Austin Brown scored a game-high 22 points for the Cowboys, and Asuante Mickel chipped in 15. Adam Cade led the Fighting Eagles with 16 points.

Northeast 1

Canfield 71, Struthers 25 — The Cardinals started the game on a 15-0 run that lasted the first five-and-a-half minutes of the game. From that point, the Cardinals never looked back. Grant Seachrist had 14 points for the Cardinals, and Bryce Roberts added 11. Marciano and Pastella combined for 20 of the 25 points for the Wildcats.

Northeast 3

Field 62, Salem 59 (OT) — In a game that was tied at 50 after 32 minutes of action, Field outlasted Salem in overtime, led by Paxson Silveus. Silveus scored 25 points, including four in overtime. Mason Fulst added two points in overtime for the Falcons and 17 points overall. Salem’s duo of Deontay Steele and Jack Andres scored 20 points each. Andres had five points in overtime and Steele knocked down three 3-pointers for the Quakers. Wiston Mango was also in double figures with 11 points.

West Branch 44, Canton South 38 — Jeremiah Thomas was all over the court for West Branch. Thomas totaled 17 points, two steals, two blocks, and an assist and a rebound. Gavin Gregory added 10 points, seven rebounds and four assists for the Warriors. J. Jones led South with 14 points.
