DEAR EDITOR: The United States Postal Service (USPS) has one job: deliver the mail. You write a letter, address it, and put a stamp on it that pays for the delivery service. DEAR EDITOR: What’s in a word? We all know that words can be used to help us or hurt us. Words can even save us sometimes. The word save is an especially important word. It is loaded. The acronym SAVE which stands for Safeguard American Voter Eligibility is especially loaded.
