DEAR EDITOR:

To those who think President Trump supporters are just not thinking — think again.

We have been on the conservative side. Patriotic, religious and American; God, flag and country: this way of thinking has been with us.

What turned us against the Democratic Party started with former President Lyndon Baines Johnson. Yes, the Vietnam War — now that was a killing spree (when) over 58,000 young Americans died. The Democratic Party does not think.

It was Obama who did not help Ukraine — he sent sheets, towels and blankets instead of weapons to fight and defend themselves against Russia- and Russia took Crimea. Then along came Biden; his son made money off that war. At least President Trump is trying to get a peace agreement. And yes, trashing Trump is getting boring and getting the Democratic Party nowhere; they have no leader in their party. I never hear a Democratic Senator or Congressman talk about patriotism or religion. And let’s not forget HOW and WHO ended the chaos of the Vietnam and Afghanistan wars-: the Democrats.

And those so-called “fishing boats” in international waters with three to four engines — they are called “cigarette boats” — there were no fishing rods, only drugs. Seems the Democratic Party only causes problems and the Republican Party has to clean them up.
