Renamed transit corridor to “Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity,” Ethiopia-Egypt: Conflict over opening a dam. No Trump influence.

The 2026 Social Security increase is 2.8% and health insurance premium increases range from 6.5% to 18%. This amounts to a loss of 3.9% to 15.4% for every American. And this doesn’t include tariff related price increases that are unpredictable, but I can feel them every time I go grocery shopping. Is it time to reel in out-of-control profits for the insurance, pharmaceutical and medical industries and change the tariff battle to selective industries only?

Yet another appeal for Danny Lee Hill, who was responsible for the heinous rape and murder of 12-year-old Raymond Fife. Happening in 1985, this case has been lingering too long. Hill should have been executed then; instead, attorneys have been wasting taxpayers’ money for 40 years. Gov. DeWine never should have put a moratorium on the death penalty. If anyone deserves it, Hill does.

Trump, liar-in-chief, said he wouldn’t tear down the East Wing of the Peoples’ White House, but has done so, and is building a 90,000-square-foot gigantic ballroom addition, larger than the White House, that has ballooned from $200 million to $300 million in cost. Believe me, by the time it is complete, it will have cost $1 billion more for furnishings and tacky ‘gold’ decorations. Decades of history will have been erased and WE will be paying for Trump’s folly.

In reading the Oct. 21 front page story of James Comey’s trial and his lawyers’ claim that the case is “driven by Trump’s personal animus,” the president is probably thinking to himself: “Welcome to My World” because he’s had plenty of Dem-driven witch hunts laid upon him. How appropriate that Comey’s trial is taking place during Halloween — the witch-hunt season. This is a prime example of the pot calling the kettle black.
