DEAR EDITOR:

The Democratic Party can not rebrand itself. Its members are who they are and will not change!

California is a Democratic, sanctuary state — 2.5 million people signed a petition to grant clemency to a criminal, an illegal alien in this country. They gave him a Commercial Driver’s License to drive an 18-wheeler, and he drove it recklessly, killing three people in Florida.

American citizens, how many more of our citizens have to die before the Democratic Party wakes up? He never took a test to drive, does not know our English language, and his permission to drive was rejected in 2020.

He broke our laws by coming across our border — he did not come here the legal way. These do-gooders and Democrats protesting release — what is wrong with their way of thinking?

It would be a different story if it happened to their family!
