NEWTON FALLS — David William Bowser, 84, died Sunday, Aug. 23, 2026, at Country Club Rehab of Newton Falls. He was born May 20, 1942, in Tarentum, Pa., a son of Alvie W. and Irene Wise Bowser. He was employed as an industrial arts teacher and later a principal in the Newton Falls and LaBrae school districts. He was of the Methodist faith.
