WARREN -- Eugenia K. Dolan, 86, passed away at her home on Friday, Aug. 21, 2026.
Born on Dec. 25, 1939, in Warren, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Doris Early Georgalas.
A proud graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, Eugenia embodied the values of community, service and unwavering devotion to those she loved. She chose a life centered on her family, dedicating herself as a homemaker and cultivating a home where kindness, laughter and support flourished.
Her heart for animals was well known among her family and friends, as was her enthusiasm for reading, movies and music. Eugenia was a creative soul with a passion for crafting and ceramics.
Beyond her family and close friends, Eugenia devoted time and energy in service of her community, notably working at the voting polls for many years.
Eugenia's husband, William T. Dolan, whom she married Aug. 29, 1959, died Aug. 3, 2019.
Eugenia was devoted to her family and leaves behind a loving legacy through her children, William (Cindy) Dolan of Warren, Theresa (Sean) Dixon of Tucson, Arizona, Daniel (Sandy) Dolan of Brunswick, Maine, Mary "Kelly" (David) Meese of New Middletown and Tom (Lisa) Dolan of Cleveland Heights. She is also survived by her brother, Alex (Irene) Georgalas of Niles, as well as her many treasured grandchildren, Brennen, Meghan, Kathleen, Daniel, Maura, Shannon, Conor, Brigid, Erin, Henry, Benjamin, Marie, Joshua and Clare; great-grandchildren, Liam, Everett and Finley; and her beloved furry companion, Annie, who never left her side.
She was also preceded in death by her beloved grandson, Shane Dolan; her brothers, Robert Ellis, Tom Georgalas, and Stephen Georgalas; her sister, Ellen Mikesell; and her sisters-in-law, MariLou Accordino and Ellen McColbs.
Family and friends will gather noon to 1:15 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, 2026, at Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel, 1884 North Road NE, Warren, OH 44483.
Prayers will follow at 1:15 p.m. at the funeral home, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 2 p.m. at St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish-St. Mary Church, 301 High St. NE, Warren, OH 44481.
