HARTFORD — Barbara L. Sherwood, 80, of Hartford, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Concord Care Center of Hartford. She was born Feb. 13, 1945, in Cleveland, a daughter of the late Marion Hickle and the late Florence Irene Brown. She married James R. Sherwood on Dec. 14, 1968. She was a dedicated homemaker. Barbara was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. She is survived by a sister, Vicki Hanacek of Anderson, South Carolina. Kevin R. Kristoff 1948-2025

NILES — Kevin Robert Kristoff, 77, died at 2:46 a.m. on Friday, July 25, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. He was born on Feb. 9, 1948, in Yonkers, New York, the son of Emil R. and Audrey B. Brown Kristoff. He was a member of St. Pope John XXIII Parish-St. Stephen Church. He worked at VanHuffel Steel. Kevin is survived by his brother, Richard E. Kristoff of Farmington, Michigan; niece, Erin Miller; nephew, Ryan Kristoff; great-niece, Avery Miller; and great-nephew, Reid Miller. A funeral service was held at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home. Burial is in Niles City Cemetery.

HOWLAND — Paul Anthony Satolli, 66, passed away peacefully at his home, Thursday, July 24, 2025, following a courageous two-year battle with cancer. As with all other aspects of his life, he handled this challenge with dignity and grace. Born on Aug. 12, 1958, in Warren, Paul was the devoted son of Philip and Harriet Satolli. She was born on Nov. 9, 1939, in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, to the late Beuford Bailey and Marcela Saul Bailey. WARREN — Alma L. Waddell went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 24, 2025. She was born May 4, 1938, in Willard, Kentucky, a daughter of Orin and Gladys Adkins Waddell. Alma loved being at church. She enjoyed playing the piano and singing, which she did both in church. Alma found solace in reading the Bible and enjoyed reading in her spare time as well.
