HARTFORD -- Barbara L. Sherwood, 80, of Hartford, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Concord Care Center of Hartford.
She was born Feb. 13, 1945, in Cleveland, a daughter of the late Marion Hickle and the late Florence Irene Brown. She married James R. Sherwood on Dec. 14, 1968.
She was a dedicated homemaker. Barbara was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by a sister, Vicki Hanacek of Anderson, South Carolina.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Sherwood, and son, Eric Sherwood.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service.
The family requests that material contributions be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 256 Mahoning Ave. NW, Warren, OH 44483, in her memory.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
