KINSMAN — Jane Blair Marsh, 73, passed away Sunday, Jan. 4, 2026, at Shepherd of the Valley in Warren after a brief illness. Born Oct. 16, 1952, Jane was the daughter of Dewitt and Helen Durr Marsh.
