NEWTON FALLS — Charles E. Dilley, 75, died Thursday, June 4, 2026, at home.
He was born May 23, 1951, in Warren, a son of Clayton E. and Dorothy M. Gedge Dilley.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his brothers, Michael and Huston Dilley; and sisters, Bonnie Mitchell, Brenda Dilley and Cheryl A. Douglas.
Charles was preceded in death by three brothers.
There are no services at this time.
